FUNERAL SERVICES HELD SUNDAY FOR JOHN L. ZEIGLER
Funeral services were held Sunday at the North Baltimore United Brethern
Church for John Zeigler, who passed away Thursday at his late residence,
216 East St. Burial was made in Ten Mile Creek Cemetery.
Death was attributed to heart ailment. He was found dead by his son, Clifford,
at eight o'clock in the evening.
John Llewellyn Zeigler was born June 23, 1867, in Putnam County, and son of
Godfrey and Rachel Zeigler. He was married May 7, 1904 to Verna Jamison
who passed away September 27, 1937.
He is survived by four sons, Clifford Zeigler; North Baltimore; Woodrow
Zeigler; Findlay; Merl Zeigler serving in the U. S. Army; and Herman Zeigler,
Fostoria, and one daughter, Mrs. Jessie Schwab, Bowling Green, and a sister
Jennie Waggner, North Baltimore. A daughter Clara, a sister and two brothers are
deceased.
