Obituary: DELL WAGNER PASSES AWAY - Harness Man Ill Several Months Dies at His Home Here.
Delbert Wagner, a harness maker and general handy-man in North Baltimore for nearly a half century, was dead Sunday morning.
Mr. Wagner 70, passed away a short time after midnight Sunday, following an illness which had confined him to his North Third Street home for the past four months. Since first taken ill, Mr. Wagner has been able to be up town but a few times and then only when helped into an automobile. During the period of his illness the harness shop on Central Main remained closed.
Born in Seneca County, Mr. Wagner came to North Baltimore in 1888 and learned his trade as a harness maker in the shop of the late Squire Arnold.
Rev. C.E. Longbrake was in charge of the funeral services which were held Tuesday at two o'clock from the residence. Interment was made at Maplewood.
Surviving are the widow and one sister.
